A Kitsap Conference Center Event or Meeting Package offers you an easy way to calculate the cost of your event.

Your Event Meeting Package includes the following items:

  • Tables and chairs for guest seating
  • Tablecloths and napkins in a variety of colors
  • Use of china, silverware and glassware
  • Floral bud vases and three votive candles for tables
  • 8' x 12' stage
  • 15' x 15' dance floor (smaller may be necessary in Fountain Room)
  • Podium and wired microphone
  • Wireless internet (not available in Fountain Room)
  • Two easels
  • Up to four clothed and skirted 8' tables for uses other than seating
  • Concierge to greet and direct your guests

Just having a meeting? Our Room Rental Package includes the following:

  • Tables and chairs for guest seating as appropriate to your event
  • Linens
  • Podium with a wired microphone
  • Two easels
  • Up to four 8’ tables, clothed and skirted for registration, etc.
  • Water station appropriate to your guest count
  • A greeter in the lobby to guide your guests

Additional clothed and skirted tables for uses other than seating are available for an additional charge.
