COMPLETE MEETING PACKAGE

The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is a per guest, per day charge combining the most popular meeting needs into one package price. Items included are listed below:

Main Meeting Room
Appropriate to the anticipated number of guests and set up in the style of your choice. Additional function rooms required for breakout sessions and other meetings or events are charged a separate room rental fee. Room includes up to four clothed and skirted 6' or 8' tables for uses other than seating (registration, displays, vendors, etc.)

Audio Visual Package
One LCD projector with screen, one podium with wired microphone, one flip chart and one whiteboard with markers. Additional audiovisual equipment is available for a per day fee.

Beverage Station
Freshly brewed Starbucks® coffees and Tazo® teas, water and assorted soft drinks replenished throughout the day.

Continental Breakfast
Display of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of freshly baked bagels and breakfast pastries, oatmeal, granola and yogurts.
Ask about adding hot items to your continental for an additional charge.

AM Break
Whole fresh fruit and a selection of granola bars.

Buffet Luncheon
A buffet consisting of Chef's choice of salads, a selection of entrées and accompaniments, assorted desserts, lemonade and iced tea.

PM Break
Whole fresh fruit, and a selection of candies and fresh baked goods.

Meeting Supplies
Pencils, notepads, masking tape, and candies.

40 person minimum group size. Groups of less than 40 are subject to an additional per person charge. CMP pricing is subject to applicable Washington state sales tax and subject to a mandatory 20% taxable service charge. Of that amount, half will be pooled and paid to the team servicing you and your event, and the remaining amount is retained by the conference center.

The Work Hard, Play Hard Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is a per guest, per day charge featuring nutritious meals and fun activities to help your guests stay energized and focused.

Your Work Hard, Play Hard CMP includes the following items:

Continental Breakfast
Display of seasonal fresh fruits, selection of oatmeal, house made granola, and individual Greek yogurts.

AM Break
A selection of whole fresh fruit, granola bars, mixed nuts, and individual Greek yogurts.

Buffet Luncheon
A full hot lunch buffet consisting of Chef's choice of salads with a selection of lean-protein and veggie-packed entrées and accompaniments.

PM Break
Assorted power bars, vegetable tray, hummus, and whole fresh fruit.

Enhancements

Work Hard
Keep your team alert and engaged by incorporating a creative station. Our brainteasers, coloring books and games are available for an additional $150 for 40 guests and provide an outlet to destress and refocus. It's an easy way to make a long day of meetings a little more productive and a lot more fun!

Play Hard
Maintain motivation and keep your group energized by incorporating a fitness class into your day. For just $20 per person, groups of up to 30 can participate in a yoga or meditation class led by our community partner, Viva Flow Yoga. If you're looking to burn some energy before starting your afternoon session, take a relaxing group stroll around Harborside Fountain Park and enjoy the stunning views.

Of that amount, 12.5% will be pooled and paid to the servers, bussers, banquet attendants, banquet captains and bartenders serving you and your event, and the remaining 7.5% is retained (and not distributed as a tip or gratuity to the conference center employees) by the conference center.
